Dr Gail Davies

Wanting to further help individuals fulfil their true potential and harness the power of the mind, Gail decided to qualify as a solution focused hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with the Clifton Practice in London.
We all know movement plays a hugely important part in our lives, but it has to be intelligent, accessible and enjoyable.
Drawing on over 15 years of yoga practice, Rory is a deeply passionate yoga teacher. He graduated from his 200hr Teacher Training at London’s Triyoga studio. Rory is ever a student, staying abreast of the latest news & science on yoga, anatomy, movement and breath to deepen his teachings and provide a safe and thoughtful practice for his students.
Prior to teaching yoga, Rory has worked in a number of head office roles in luxury fashion and digital marketing. His creativity and attention to detail, means he brings a unique perspective to his sequences, ensuring an engaging and enjoyable practice.
The main goal is “to ensure you feel better coming off the mat, than when you arrived”.
What people are saying
“I initially trained with Gail as I wanted to be able to help my patients with their sleep through mindfulness, which has good evidence in this area. I was not expecting to experience such significant changes in my own life, however. Gail’s approach is so pragmatic and she understands the busy professional and I found training with her inspiring. Incorporating a mindfulness-based approach has undoubtedly made me a better clinician, but also a better parent, partner and a calmer and happier person.”
Alanna, Consultant Physician
“Rory is great at ensuring his practice fully embraces both the body and the mind, ensuring everyone comes off the mat feeling far better than when we arrived.”
Dr. Joel & Michelle Levey, Founders, Wisdom at Work.
Mindfulness Faculty, University of Minnesota Medical School.
Pioneers in mindfulness research, education, and organisational programmes with over 45 years of experience, renowned authors.
“I was totally unprepared for the immediate and positive effect that my sessions would have on other aspects of life and my overall wellbeing. The increase in confidence that I gained from my first two practices led me to make decisions that have dramatically improved my life.
Hypnotherapy has without a doubt made me think more clearly and positively and given me the confidence to achieve things that years of previous experience effort and practice had not.”
